  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • 23 tablespoons honey (or agave syrup for vegan)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together flour, milk, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Dip each cauliflower piece in the batter and shake off excess before placing on the baking sheet.
