  • 4 salmon fillets (56 ounces each)
  • 1 round Boursin cheese (5.2 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix Boursin cheese, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half of the olive oil until smooth.
  4. Pat salmon fillets dry; drizzle remaining olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place fillets in the baking dish and spread the cheese mixture evenly over them.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes until salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
