  • 6 strips thick-cut hickory smoked bacon
  • 1 lb medium pasta shells
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded gruyere cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups milk

Instructions
