  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • ½ teaspoon baking soda

  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5 loaf pan.
  3. Cream butter and brown sugar in a mixing bowl until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Stir in dry ingredients and reduced cider until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
  7. Brush with melted butter and coat with cinnamon sugar before serving.
