  • 3 fresh corn cobs
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional toppings: Grated cheese, fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Cut off the ends of each corn cob and slice them in half lengthwise. Cut each half into quarters to create rib-like pieces.
  2. Melt the butter and brush it evenly over all sides of the corn pieces.
  3. Place the corn ribs in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook at 400°F for 6 minutes. Flip and cook for another 6 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Mix mayonnaise with sriracha for a spicy dipping sauce and combine spices for seasoning.
  5. After cooking, sprinkle seasoning over the corn ribs and top with cheese and cilantro before serving.
