  • 1 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning
  • ⅛ cup buffalo sauce (plus 2 tablespoons for topping)
  • 2 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 large egg (plus one tablespoon of water whisked together)
  • 19 wonton wrappers
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 370°F and spray the basket with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese until well mixed.
  3. Place about 2 teaspoons of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  4. Dip your finger in the egg wash and moisten the edges of each wrapper. Fold in half diagonally and press to seal.
  5. Arrange wontons in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray tops lightly with cooking spray.
