  • 2 cups Chex cereal
  • 1 cup mini pretzel twists
  • 2 cups Cap’n Crunch cereal
  • 2 cups Honey Nut Cheerios
  • 1 cup red, white, and blue M&M's
  • 1.5 bags (16 ounces total) white chocolate chips
  • 1.5 teaspoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine Chex cereal, pretzels, Cap’n Crunch, Honey Nut Cheerios, and M&M's.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips with vegetable oil in short bursts (30 seconds initially) until smooth.
  4. Pour melted chocolate over the cereal mixture and stir quickly to coat.
  5. Spread the mixture onto the prepared sheet pan in an even layer.
  6. Add extra M&M's or sprinkles on top before the chocolate sets.
  7. Allow to cool at room temperature or refrigerate until firm (10–20 minutes). Break into pieces and serve.
